Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
